We are strong North Dakotans! (I am sure some of you are also strong Minnesotans!) Weather?!? What Weather?!? Lets not let a little spring snow storm stop us from enjoying the amazing Arts Community in Grand Forks!
If you happen to feel like taking a little drive in a blizzard or just happen to be in the area, pop over to Langdon, ND where The Northern Lights Arts Council is presenting Annie!
The performance will run March 24th- March 27th at 7pm with a 2pm Sunday showing. With tickets ranging from $5-15 how can a person say no?!?
If a red-headed orphan isn’t your style, and you happen to be a father, uncle, or grandpa to a darling little girl, treat her to “A Knight for a Princess”! I wish they would have had this opportunity for me when I was young, but sadly, it is only their seventh year; I definitely would have dragged my father to this! The dances are on March 25th, 26th, and 27th with the Sunday dance only available for ladies aged twelve to eighteen. This is a night you are not going to want to miss!
If you still are looking for more activities during our expected snow storm, head downtown to check out Kim Fink’s Exhibits at the Third Street Gallery and at Grand Forks City Hall (the latter is in conjunction with his wife, Sue Fink’s, exhibit), the Local Harvest Art Gallery at Amazing Grains, or you could drive out to Cavalier and see their High School Art Exhibit!
With so many events going on this weekend how can you possibly stay indoors! You can always find these and many more events at Culturepulse.org!
