Celebrating their 10th Anniversary, Satisfaction has performed over 1600 times and was the first ever Rolling Stones show on the Las Vegas Strip! This group has performed all over the world, so don’t miss out on the opportunity to see them at the Empire. With popular songs like (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction and Brown Sugar, it’s no wonder that the songs by the Rolling Stones are some of the most popular of all time.
If you rock too hard tonight and need to find a great way to relax, unwind, and get balanced, check out the Yoga Therapy Workshop presented by the Center for Healing and Wholeness. The first time I was exposed to Yoga was during an acting course in school. As a way to get in touch with our center and find peace within we were wrangled onto the stage and encouraged to imagine ourselves as the stumps of trees. At first I couldn’t take the practice seriously. We were all just rolling around on mats acting like ‘cats’, ‘cows’, and ‘cobras’ trying not to laugh.

After a couple of sessions when I realized I was not in a laughing yoga session, I really began to notice how relaxed I felt afterwords. Imagine waking up in the morning and just stretching for an hour. That’s what yoga is! Its so simple and accessible for everyone. All ages, all sizes, and all people should really give it a try. The Yoga Therapy Workshop will take place this Saturday and will soothe your soul. From 9:30-12pm they will be working on releasing the neck and shoulders, and from 1:30-4pm, relaxing the lower back and legs. Cost for attending is $40 per session or $70 for both sessions.
If your looking for a great way to prepare yourself for the class, give these facial yoga excersies a try while rocking out to some classic Rolling Stones tonight!
